We will endeavour to respond to all emails and any queries, but there may be cases where we do not respond until we reopen.

All our prices include GST at the current rate.

Freight Calculator

To calculate your freight cost, please add any item(s) to cart, this will then take you to a shopping cart page, here you enter your postcode. The calculator will then calculate the freight cost to that area for the items in the cart. If there is no price available, it will advise that you need to contact us for a manual freight quote.

At this time we do NOT accept International orders through our website.

Collection From Warehouse

Please be aware that we are not a retail store, but an online business, we operate in this way to maximise savings and offer our customers the lowest possible prices. All in stock items are packed ready for dispatch or collection.  

You can visit our showroom to see a selection of most of our products at our Melbourne warehouse.(closed public holidays and Weekends) 26 Green Street, Thomastown, open Monday - Friday 09:30am - 12:30pm - 1:00pm - 3:00pm. You can view, purchase and take away. Or alternatively you can click, order and collect.

All order collections are currently from our Melbourne warehouse.  Address is: 26 Green Street, Thomastown, VIC, 3074. Warehouse opening hours are Monday-Friday 09:30am - 12:30PM and 1:00pm - 3:00pm (closed public holidays and weekends) We will require a copy of the sales Invoice. Please note we cannot accept third party carriers collecting orders.
We require all customers to bring proof of purchase & Photo ID 
when collecting their orders. We can accept orders presented to us on a mobile phone or tablet provided we can see the entire order and order number clearly. If no photo ID is provided we cannot release the order.

Warranties

All of our products carry a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event that your product should become faulty, please call us on or email us at sales@my-furniture.com.au with the following information: Date of purchase, Sales Invoice number, contact information including your address and a telephone number. Please describe the issue in detail and please email us photographs of the fault to help us ascertain the problem and allow us rectify any issues in the best way possible.

Sizes

All of our product measurements are in Metric centimetres or millimetres.

Weights

All product weights listed are based upon the manufacturers specification and are in Metric kilograms.

Stock

All Items listed are usually available from stock. In the case of item shortages or product issues, the customer will be contacted and the order supplied when goods are in stock.

Website Use & Images

Content and images on this website is intended to provide a guide only and any errors or omissions are unintentional. Due to variables such as but not limited to colour variations on computer monitors, individual computer display settings and lighting conditions, my-furniture.com.au will not accept responsibility if there is a slight difference in colour between products and photos on the website.

Payment

Payment is taken through Paypal. Payment is taken on order placement to secure stock. We accept Visa/Debit/Mastercard but NOT Amex or American Express

Refunds

Any refunds are made in accordance with the original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds for online purchases. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system.
